On Monday morning, October 3, maintenance work was carried out in our data centre during our regular maintenance window (00:00 – 04:00). At the beginning of the working day (around 08:00) it turned out that the performance of our platform was below expectation. We determined that this was caused by the aforementioned maintenance work and immediately took corrective action. We apologise for the inconvenience and will conduct further investigations as a result of this incident and, where necessary, take additional measures to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
