In addition to setting regular opening hours, you can configure closures<\/strong>\u2014for example, public holidays or organization-wide days off. On these days, the entire location is marked as closed, and users will not be able to make reservations.<\/p>\n

Note: A closure applies to all assets within the selected location.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

How to Add a Closure<\/h3>\n

Adding a closure works similarly to adding opening hours, but is done via the \u2018Closures\u2019<\/strong> tab:<\/p>\n

  1. \n

    Go to \u2018Locations\u2019<\/strong> in the main menu.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Select the location where you want to add a closure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Click \u2018Edit\u2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Open the \u2018Closures\u2019<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Choose the date and enter the correct times for the closure, then click \u2018Add\u2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    Click \u2018Save\u2019<\/strong> to confirm the closure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>

    Viewing, Editing, and Removing Closures<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • By default, the overview displays all upcoming closures for the current month.<\/li>\n
    • To view closures for a different month, simply select the desired month from the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Editing a Closure<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • To update a closure, add a new closure with the corrected times for the same date.<\/li>\n
      • The new entry will automatically overwrite the existing closure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Removing a Closure<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • To delete a closure, click the delete icon<\/strong>\u00a0next to the closure entry.<\/li>\n
