In the mobile app you will find your reservations in the menu under ‘Reservations’. This screen gives you an overview of all your reservations. You can select the reservation to view the reservation details, edit the reservation or cancel the reservation<\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n

It is possible to edit the title, start and end date, start and end time, the number of attendees and the invitees. It is not possible to transfer the reservation to another desk\/room. For this you will have to cancel the reservation and make a new one for the desired desk\/room. <\/span><\/p>\n

Note: a reservation can only be edited or canceled if it has not yet been started. If your reservation has already started, you will need to stop the reservation and create a new reservation<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Navigate to ‘Reservations’ in the menu. <\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Select the reservation you want to change. <\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Select the ‘Edit’ button at the top right of the screen. <\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Edit the data you want to edit. <\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Then select the ‘Saved changes’ button. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    After saving your changes you will receive another confirmation email with an update of your reservation.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
