Every organization has unique needs and situations in which the Interactive Room Signage screens are used. You can choose from different templates to customize the display to your specific requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n

Note: Before you can change the template, you must first add the display to the device list<\/a>.<\/p>\n

  1. Go to ‘Devices’ in the menu. <\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click on the edit icon next of the screen you want to modify. A window will appear where you can update the display details.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. For \u2018Select template\u2019, you can choose from several templates:
    <\/span>\n

    Classic:<\/b> Displays room information with a timeline. Touch functionality is enabled, allowing users to make reservations on-site.<\/span>
    Room info:<\/b><\/span> Shows only room information without a timeline. Making reservations is not possible on the display.
    <\/span>No touch:<\/b><\/span> Shows the timeline, but touch functionality is disabled. On-site reservations are not possible.
    <\/span>Opaque: <\/b><\/span>Works the same as Classic but has a slightly different layout. Touch functionality is enabled, allowing on-site reservations.
    <\/span>QR code: <\/b><\/span>Allows on-site reservations via touch functionality. Additionally, a QR code is displayed, which can be scanned in the Officebooking app for more details.
    <\/span>Hide host name: <\/b><\/span>The name of the person who made the reservation is not displayed. On-screen reservations are not possible, but a QR code is available for scanning in the Officebooking app.
    <\/span>Hide title: <\/b><\/span>The reservation title is not displayed. There is no touch functionality, and no QR code is shown.<\/span><\/p>\n
