This is a setting that can be set per user in his\/her personal profile\/settings in the <a href=\"https:\/\/officebooking.com\/en\/kb-article\/app-settings\/\">mobile app<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/officebooking.com\/en\/?post_type=ht_kb&amp;p=73044\">web app<\/a>.
