These settings are company based.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Reservation reminder:<\/strong> activate this option to receive a reminder the day before your reservation. This reminder will be sent the day before your reservation at 8:30 am.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Check-in reminder:<\/strong> activate this option to receive check-in reminders when your reservation is approaching. This reminder will be sent to the end user 5 minutes prior to the reservation. If the user does not check in, another reminder will be sent 5 minutes after the start of the reservation. If the user has already checked in before the reservation has started, the check-in reminder will not be sent.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Confirmation:<\/strong> activate this option to receive an e-mail confirmation when a new reservation is made. This e-mail is sent to the end user and Location manager.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancellation:<\/strong> activate this option to receive an email confirmation when a reservation has been cancelled. This e-mail is sent to the end user and Location manager.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stopped:<\/strong> activate this option to receive an email confirmation when a current reservation has been stopped.
