Setting standard opening hours helps manage when users can view and book spaces at a location. These opening hours are displayed in the mobile app and web app, providing clear visibility to users. You can also optionally enforce reservation limits within these hours.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Set Standard Opening Hours<\/h2>\n

Follow these steps to configure the default opening hours for a location:<\/p>\n

    Navigate to ‘Locations’<\/strong> in the main menu.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Select the location you want to configure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Click ‘Edit’<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Open the ‘Opening Hours’<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Add opening times by selecting a day, entering the start and end times, and clicking ‘Add’<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    Repeat this for all working days.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  7. \n

    Click ‘Save opening hours’<\/strong> to apply the changes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note:<\/strong>
    Any day without specified opening hours is automatically considered closed<\/strong>. Users will not be able to make reservations on those days unless hours are later added.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>

    Add Custom Opening Hours<\/h2>\n

    In addition to setting default weekly hours, you can configure custom opening hours<\/strong> for specific dates.
    Custom opening hours override the default opening times for the selected day only.<\/p>\n

    Example:<\/strong>
    A location is normally open from 08:00 to 22:00<\/strong>, but on May 5th<\/strong>, the location will close early at 14:00<\/strong>. You can add a custom opening hour for May 5th to reflect this special schedule.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

    To add custom opening hours:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Navigate to \u2018Locations\u2019<\/strong> in the main menu.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    2. \n

      Select the location where you want to configure custom hours.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    3. \n

      Click \u2018Edit\u2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    4. \n

      Open the \u2018Custom Opening Hours\u2019<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    5. \n

      Click \u2018Add\u2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    6. \n

      Select the specific date and enter the adjusted opening and closing times.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Click \u2018Save\u2019<\/strong> to apply the changes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Custom opening hours take priority over default opening hours on the specified date.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        If no custom hours are set, the default opening hours will apply as usual.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>

        Configure Closure Days<\/h2>\n

        If a location needs to be closed entirely on certain dates (for example, public holidays), you can add specific closure days.<\/p>\n

          Open the ‘Collective Closures’<\/strong> tab within the same location editing page.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        2. \n

          Click ‘Add’<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        3. \n

          Choose the closure date and enter the closure times (if partial closure is needed).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        4. \n

          Click ‘Add’<\/strong> again and then ‘Save’<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Tip:<\/strong>
          Collective closures override standard opening hours for the selected date(s).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>

          Restrict Reservations to Opening Hours<\/h2>\n

          After configuring the opening hours and closure days, you can set the system to only allow reservations within<\/strong> the defined opening hours.<\/p>\n

            Navigate to ‘Settings’<\/strong> in the OfficeAdmin<\/strong> menu.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          2. \n

            Scroll down to ‘Restrict reservations within opening hours’<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          3. \n

            Select ‘Restricted’<\/strong> to activate the setting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          4. \n

            Click ‘Save’<\/strong> to confirm.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            When enabled, users will receive an error message if they attempt to book outside the defined opening hours.<\/p>\n<\/div>
