In OfficeAdmin, you can easily add new locations and configure the relevant details and settings. A location can represent an office, building, or another physical workplace. Below you\u2019ll find an overview of the available fields and settings when adding a location.<\/p>\n

Add a new location<\/h3>\n

  1. Navigate to ‘Locations’ in the menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Select ‘+ Add’ to add a new location. Read below what the different fields mean and then enter the relevant information. Fields marked with an asterisk (*)<\/strong> are required.\n
      \n
    • Location name*:<\/strong> give your location a name. This can be the city where your location is located or a specific name of the building.<\/li>\n
    • UID:<\/strong> give your location a unique code, for example an abbreviation of the location name.<\/li>\n
    • Description:<\/strong> Add a description to your location when needed.<\/li>\n
    • Price:<\/strong> N\/A<\/li>\n
    • Location capacity:<\/strong> configure the capacity of the location. For example, if you choose 30 people, the app will give an error message as soon as the 31st person tries to make a reservation when there are already 30 reservations (at the same time).<\/li>\n
    • Street*, House number*, Postal code*, City*<\/strong>: enter the address details of the location.<\/li>\n
    • Country* and Time Zone*:<\/strong> Select the country where the location is located.<\/li>\n
    • Location manager*:<\/strong> Set the name of the contact person on location\/helpdesk. Confirmation emails will be sent to end users from this name and his\/her email address (to be entered below).<\/li>\n
    • Email*:<\/strong> Set the location manager’s email address. Confirmation emails will be sent to end users from this email address. This e-mail address will also appear on the confirmation e-mail as a contact. This e-mail address also receives a confirmation e-mail of every reservation made by the end user (you can switch this on or off).<\/li>\n
    • Location phone number*:<\/strong> this phone number will be displayed (next to the email address) on the confirmation email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      You have the option of adding an image (of the building) per location, which will be visible on the homepage of the web app and on the \u2018Locations\u2019 section of the mobile app. This image ensures recognition among the end users.<\/p>\n

      Location image<\/h3>\n

      You can add an image of the building or location. This image will be visible on the homepage of the web app and in the \u2018Locations\u2019 section of the mobile app. A recognizable image makes it easier for end users to identify the location.<\/p>\n

      1. Select the \u2018Upload image\u2019 tab.<\/li>\n
      2. At the top of the screen, you can add up to two additional location-specific logos. These fields can be left blank if they are not needed.<\/li>\n
      3. Click the first \u2018Select a file\u2019 button to add an image of the location. The maximum file size is 1 MB.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        You can also add an additional image that will be displayed at the top of the list view in both the web app and mobile app. Use the second \u2018Select a file\u2019 button on the same screen to upload this image.<\/p>\n
