Please contact us if you need support in creating a company account.<\/p>\n<p>Next, you\u2019ll need administrative access to your Okta account.<\/p>\n<h3>Step 1: Set identifier<\/h3>\n<p>Login to officeAdmin and select \u2018Company\u2019 in the main menu. Open the tab integrations on top of the page. Select \u2018Single Sign On\u2019.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select \u2018Okta\u2019 as a provider (note this will be changed to a generic label).<\/li>\n<li>Enter an SSO id that resembles\u00a0<strong>your company name<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Save the integration, you will enter additional data later.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Step 2: Configure Okta<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Login to Okta administrative portal<\/li>\n<li>Select \u2018Applications\u2019 in the main menu and select the \u2018Add Application\u2019 button<\/li>\n<li>Select \u2018Create new app\u2019<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img Next<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In the SAML Settings form you need to enter the Single sign on URL and Audience URI (SP Entity ID)<\/p>\n<p>An example URL would be:<\/p>\n<p>Single Sign On Attributes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The following attributes are supported:<\/p>\n<p>Givenname (first name)<br \/>\nSurname (last name)<\/p>\n<p>Optionally you can add the following attribute:<br \/>\nofficeName \u2013 user.physicaldeliveryofficename<\/p>\n<p>For default office location. For full deploy you may choose to add a group of users, dependent on the configuration of your directory in Okta.<\/p>\n<p>To assign users to the app select the \u2018Applications\u2019 menu item in the main menu of Okta. Select the button \u2018Assign Users to App\u2019.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tick the select box at the Officebooking app and select your users.<\/li>\n<li>Select Next.<\/li>\n<li>Select \u2018Confirm Assignments\u2019 to confirm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Step 5: Check domain names<\/h3>\n<p>It\u2019s possible to verify users from multiple domain names within Officebooking. Return to the administrative portal of Officebooking and select \u2018Company\u2019 from the main menu.<\/p>\n<p>Within the tab \u2018General\u2019 you can add multiple domains, separated by a |<\/p>\n<p>i.e: Wilderman.nl|wilderman.com|wildermankruijt.eu<\/p>\n<h3>Step 6: Test the app<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Open a new browser window and enter app.officebooking.net<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Select \u2018Login with SSO\u2019 on the login page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Okta login window should appear.<\/p>\n<p>Login using your email address and password.
