In the web app, you can find your made reservations under \u201cReservations\u201d in the menu. This screen gives you an overview of all your reservations. Within this screen, you can view the reservation details, and edit or cancel the recurring reservation<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Note: Monthly or yearly recurring reservations are not yet available in Officebooking. However, you can still make daily or weekly recurring reservations, which can be customized to fit your needs.<\/p>\n

  1. Navigate to \u201cReservations\u201d in the top right menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Select the reservation you want to edit and then click on it.<\/li>\n
  3. Click on the icon of the pen, on the right of the screen. Now a pop-up will open.<\/li>\n
  4. Change the information you want to change.<\/li>\n
  5. Then select the \u201cSave\u201d button to save the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note:<\/span> for now, it is only possible to make changes to individual meetings within the recurring reservation. In other words: it is not possible to make a change for all the meetings at once.<\/p>\n

    After saving your changes, you will receive a confirmation email with an update on your reservation.<\/p>\n
