Multimode allows superusers<\/strong> to create reservations for multiple assets at the same time. This is especially useful when you need to book several desks or rooms for your team in one go. Instead of making separate bookings, you can simply add multiple assets to your \u201cbasket\u201d and reserve them all at once.<\/p>\n

Currently, Multimode is available in the map view.<\/p>\n

How to Book with Multimode<\/h3>\n

  1. Open the map view
    \nNavigate to the floor plan and search for availability on your chosen date.<\/li>\n
  2. Activate Multimode
    \nClick the Multimode button to start selecting multiple assets.<\/li>\n
  3. Select assets
    \nClick on each desk, room, or other asset you want to book.
    \nSelected items will appear in your \u201cshopping basket.\u201d<\/li>\n
  4. Review and reserve
    \nOnce you\u2019ve selected all the assets, click Reserve.
    \nFill in the booking form (add attendees, services, etc.).<\/li>\n
  5. Confirm by selecting Reserve again.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Result<\/h3>\n
