Who can do this:<\/strong> Admins or Location Managers with edit permissions.
\nWhere:<\/strong> OfficeAdmin \u279c Locations<\/strong><\/p>\n

Default opening hours<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. In the left menu, select Locations<\/strong> and open the location you want to edit.<\/li>\n
  2. Click Edit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Open the Opening Hours<\/strong> tab (at the top of the view).<\/li>\n
  4. Under Default opening hours<\/strong>, choose a weekday<\/strong>, then set Opening time<\/strong> and Closing time<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. Click Add<\/strong> to create the interval.<\/li>\n
  6. (Optional) Repeat to add more intervals for the same day (e.g., 09:00\u201312:00 and 13:00\u201317:00).<\/li>\n
  7. To change a day\u2019s hours, simply add a new entry for that weekday\u2014the latest entry overwrites the previous default for that day.<\/li>\n
  8. Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note:<\/strong> If your location observes mid-day closures, add separate intervals for the same day.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    Common actions<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Clear a day:<\/em> Remove all intervals for that weekday to make it non-bookable by default.<\/li>\n
    • Apply similar hours to multiple days:<\/em> Repeat steps 4\u20136 for each weekday.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Custom hours<\/h3>\n

      Use custom hours<\/strong> to handle one-off changes, such as holidays or extended opening for an event.<\/p>\n

      Where:<\/strong> OfficeAdmin \u279c Locations<\/strong> \u279c select a location<\/em> \u279c Edit<\/strong> \u279c Opening Hours<\/strong> tab \u279c Custom hours<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. In Custom hours<\/strong>, pick a specific date<\/strong> from the calendar.<\/li>\n
      2. Set Opening time<\/strong> and Closing time<\/strong>, then click Add<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      3. (Optional) Add multiple intervals if needed (e.g., 10:00\u201313:00 and 14:00\u201316:00).<\/li>\n
      4. Use the month picker to review previous or future custom dates.<\/li>\n
      5. Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Precedence:<\/strong> Custom hours for a date override the location\u2019s default weekday hours for that date only.<\/p>\n

        Note:<\/strong> For closure dates use the tab ‘Collective closures’<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
