Collective closures prevent users from making reservations for an asset<\/strong> during a specified date and time window, or for the entire day. Use collective closures to temporarily block an asset for company events, maintenance, holidays, safety drills, or other planned periods of unavailability.<\/p>\n

Collective closures override the assets default opening hours<\/a> and any custom opening hours for that date.<\/p>\n

Steps<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

  1. Go to Assets<\/strong> and select the asset you want to close.<\/li>\n
  2. Click Edit<\/strong>, then open the Opening Hours<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n
  3. Under Collective closures<\/strong>, pick a date.<\/li>\n
  4. Choose the Start time and End time for the closure. You can add multiple closure windows on the same date if needed.<\/li>\n
  5. Click Add<\/strong> to create the closure.<\/li>\n
  6. Repeat for additional dates, then click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note:<\/strong> review existing reservations that fall inside a new closure and reschedule or cancel as needed.<\/em><\/p>\n
