The General Settings<\/strong> page lets you manage your personal preferences for viewing assets in the web app. With the Preferred Category<\/strong> setting, you can choose which asset category is shown by default when making a reservation. If no preferred category is selected, all available assets are shown.<\/p>\n

For example, if you usually book standing desks, you can select standing desks as your preferred category. When you make a reservation, the view is automatically filtered to show standing desks.<\/em><\/p>\n

To install your preferred category, follow the steps below:<\/p>\n

  1. Click the user icon in the top-right corner of the screen.<\/li>\n
  2. Select \u2018Settings\u2019.<\/li>\n
  3. Under \u2018Preferred view settings’, find \u2018Preferred category\u2019.<\/li>\n
  4. Select your preferred category from the available company categories.<\/li>\n
  5. Your selection is saved automatically.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
