Need to change or cancel an order you\u2019ve already placed? This article walks you through it step by step.<\/p>\n

Note<\/strong>: an order can only be edited or cancelled within the time frame approved by your organisation.<\/em><\/p>\n

Editing an order<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n
    \n
  1. Click Reservations<\/strong> in the header.<\/li>\n
  2. Open the Orders<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n
  3. Select the order you want to edit.<\/li>\n
  4. Click the pen icon on the right side of the screen.<\/li>\n
  5. In the window that opens, update the details you want to change.<\/li>\n
  6. Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Cancelling an order<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

    1. Click Reservations<\/strong> in the header.<\/li>\n
    2. Open the Orders <\/strong>tab.<\/li>\n
    3. Select the order you want to cancel.<\/li>\n
    4. Click Cancel order<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    5. Confirm the cancellation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
