Visit the web page and log in<\/strong><\/h3>\n

To use the web app, go to nhl-stenden.officebooking.net<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You log in by clicking on the Surfconext logo<\/strong>. You will then go to the Surfconext login page and log in with your own Surfconext account<\/strong>. You do not need to have a special Officebooking account for the (web) app.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Homepage<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Once you are logged in, you land on the homepage. Here you see an overview of all locations within NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences. For each location, the dashboard shows in real time how busy the building is, so you know from the homepage where there is still space. At the top you can search and filter to quickly find the right room.<\/p>\n

The homepage also has the calendar, so you can quickly navigate to the right date, and your favourites, so you can see at a glance whether your usual spot is free.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Check availability<\/strong><\/h3>\n

It is not possible<\/strong> for students or staff to make a reservation themselves through the Officebooking app. As a member of staff, you can only make a reservation via Outlook or via the Service Desk. These reservations are visible in the Officebooking app, so you have all occupied and available rooms together in one overview.<\/p>\n

Check the availability of a workspace or room by searching for the right location, date and time.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Menu<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The menu lets you navigate quickly to the dashboard, locations, reservations and your favourites<\/strong>. You can also choose between different screen views: list, floor plan and planner view. Choose the view you find clearest when looking for available workspaces. These icons look as follows:<\/p>\n

Dashboard anDashboard and Favorites<\/h3>\n

Since students and staff at NHL Stenden cannot make reservations themselves<\/strong> through the app and do not use the check-in function, the only block you need to look at in the Dashboard is Favourites<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You can add a workspace or room to your Favourites by giving it a star. Once you have added a workspace to your Favourites, it appears as a shortcut so you can find that workspace more quickly.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Locations<\/h3>\n

When you set one of the locations as your default location<\/strong>, it is shown under My location. You can set your home location in your personal settings: click on your profile in the top right and then on My profile.<\/p>\n

This way you do not have to look for your location on the homepage every time. You can simply navigate to My location via the menu.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
