Werkplekken en ruimtes kunnen aan specifieke categorie\u00ebn worden gekoppeld, zoals een stilteruimte, focusruimte of vergaderruimte<\/strong>. Door categorie\u00ebn toe te wijzen, kunnen gebruikers eenvoudig zoeken naar welk type werkplek of ruimte het beste bij hun behoeften past.<\/p>\n

Categorie\u00ebn instellen<\/h3>\n

Als admin gebruiker kan je een nieuwe categorie toevoegen vanuit de algemene lijst met categorie\u00ebn in OfficeAdmin.<\/p>\n

  1. Ga naar Instellingen<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Navigeer naar Categorie\u00ebn<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Klik op Toevoegen<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Selecteer een categorie vanuit de lijst.<\/li>\n
  5. Klik op Opslaan<\/strong>.<\/li>\n

    Afbeelding toevoegen aan een categorie<\/h3>\n

    Je hebt ook de mogelijkheid om een afbeelding toe te voegen per categorie. Op deze manier upload je \u00e9\u00e9n afbeelding per categorie en is deze afbeelding in de app te zien bij alle assets die vallen onder die categorie. Zo hoef je geen afbeelding per losse asset toe te voegen. Wil je toch bij bijvoorbeeld een vergaderruimte een eigen afbeelding toevoegen bij de asset, dan overschrijft deze afbeelding de ingestelde algemene categorie-afbeelding.<\/p>\n
