De velden met een sterretje zijn verplicht.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Locatienaam*:<\/strong> geef je locatie een naam. Dit kan de plaatsnaam zijn waar je locatie zich bevindt of een specifieke naam van het gebouw.<\/li>\n<li><strong>UID:<\/strong> geef je locatie een unieke code, bijvoorbeeld een afkorting van de locatienaam.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Beschrijving:<\/strong> voeg wanneer nodig een beschrijving toe aan je locatie.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prijs:<\/strong> n.v.t.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Capaciteit locatie:<\/strong> stel in wat de capaciteit is van de locatie. Kies je bijvoorbeeld voor 30 personen, dan geeft de app standaard een foutmelding zodra de 31<sup>e<\/sup> persoon een reservering probeert te maken voor een moment dat er al 30 reserveringen staan.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Straat*, Huisnummer*, Postcode*, Plaats*:<\/strong> vul in de adresgegevens van de locatie.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Land* en Tijdzone*:<\/strong> selecteer het land waarin de locatie zich bevindt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Locatie manager*: <\/strong>stel de naam van de contactpersoon op locatie\/helpdesk in. Vanuit deze naam en zijn\/haar e-mailadres (hieronder in te vullen) zullen de bevestigingse-mails naar eindgebruikers verzonden worden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>E-mail*: <\/strong>stel het e-mailadres van de locatiemanager in. Vanuit dit e-mailadres zullen de bevestigingsmails naar eindgebruikers verzonden worden. Dit e-mailadres zal ook op de bevestigingse-mail weergegeven worden als contact. Ook ontvangt dit e-mailadres een bevestigingsmail van elke gemaakte reservering door de eindgebruiker (dit kun je aan- of uitzetten).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Locatie telefoonnummer*: <\/strong>dit telefoonnummer zal (naast het e-mailadres) op de bevestigingsmail weergegeven.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Navigeer naar \u2018Locaties\u2019 in het menu.
