Dit werkt met de functie \u2018Who\u2019s at Work\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>In de mobiele app vinden deze functie door de navigeren naar \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/officebooking.com\/knowledge-base\/app-whosatwork\/\">Who\u2019s at Work<\/a>\u2019 in het menu. In de web app vinden ze \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/officebooking.com\/knowledge-base\/web-app-whosatwork\/\">Who\u2019s at Work<\/a>\u2019 door te navigeren naar \u2018Dashboard\u2019 in het menu of via de Who&#8217;s at Work lijst in de plattegrondweergave, waar je een overzicht van je collega&#8217;s per verdieping ziet. Hier wordt zichtbaar welke collega\u2019s nu op kantoor zijn en waar ze zitten. Mochten er collega\u2019s zijn met een bepaalde belangrijke rol, zoals brandweerman of bhv\u2019er, dan wordt deze rol aan de hand van een label weergegeven bij deze gebruiker in de lijst. Zo weet je in geval van nood altijd wie er in het pand is.<\/p>\n<h3>Zichtbaarheid<\/h3>\n<p>Het is als gebruiker mogelijk jezelf onzichtbaar te maken voor andere gebruikers (dit doet een gebruiker zelf bij \u2018Instellingen\u2019 in de mobiele app of bij \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/officebooking.com\/knowledge-base\/web-app-instellingen\/\">Mijn profiel<\/a>\u2019 in de web app). Op deze manier is de gebruiker niet zichtbaar in de \u2018Who\u2019s at Work\u2019 lijst.
