Het is mogelijk om per werkplek\/ruimte in te stellen dat een check-in automatisch wordt gestopt wanneer een reservering eindigt. Hiermee voorkom je dat een sessie nog een hele dag doorloopt, terwijl een reservering misschien maar \u00e9\u00e9n of twee uur heeft geduurd. Ook hoeft de medewerker niet zelf handmatig uit te checken.<\/p>\n

  1. Navigeer naar ‘Assets’ in het menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Zoek de werkplekken\/ruimtes waarbij je deze instelling wil activeren en selecteer het vakje aan het begin van de rij.<\/li>\n
  3. Om alle werkplekken\/ruimtes tegelijk te selecteren vinkje het bovenste vakje in de linker kolom (naast ‘Occupancy’) aan. Hiermee worden de eerste 20 assets geselecteerd. Ga vervolgens naar de volgende pagina om de volgende 20 assets te selecteren. Herhaal dit om alle assets in het systeem te selecteren.<\/li>\n
  4. Selecteer vervolgens de knop \u2018Bulk edit\u2019. Er opent een pop-up waar de verschillende bewerkingsacties worden getoond.<\/li>\n
  5. Selecteer het invulveld onder de optie \u2018Automatisch stoppen sessie\u2019 en selecteer de optie \u2018Geactiveerd\u2019.<\/li>\n
  6. Selecteer de knop \u2018Volgende\u2019.<\/li>\n
  7. Bevestig de wijziging en selecteer de knop \u2018Update\u2019.<\/li>\n
  8. Nu is de bulk edit uitgevoerd en is de instelling per direct geactiveerd.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
