Legenda assets<\/b><\/h3>\n

In de kaart- en lijstweergave worden werkplekken of ruimtes, weergegeven als een stip. Elke stip heeft zijn eigen betekenis. Daarnaast kun je zones zien, zones bevatten meerdere assets tegelijk . Hieronder leggen we uit wat de verschillende stippen en zones betekenen.<\/p>\n

  • Groen:<\/b> een groene stip betekent dat de werkplek of ruimte vrij is en gereserveerd kan worden.<\/li>\n
  • Oranje<\/strong>: een oranje stip betekent dat de werkplek of ruimte op dit moment vrij is, maar dat er een reservering aankomt. De stip wordt 20 minuten voor aanvang van een reservering oranje.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Rood<\/strong>: een rode stip betekent dat de werkplek of ruimte op dit moment gereserveerd en bezet is. Is de plek niet gereserveerd en is de stip toch rood, dan komt dat doordat een gebruiker nog ingecheckt is op deze asset.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Grijs<\/strong>: een grijze stip betekent dat de werkplek of ruimte geblokkeerd is en niet gereserveerd kan worden.<\/li>\n
  • Zwart<\/strong>: een zwarte stip betekent dat het systeem de juiste status van de werkplek of ruimte niet kan ophalen. Kom je een zwarte stip tegen, neem dan contact op met de Officebooking contactpersoon binnen jouw organisatie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

    Let op: Het kan ook voorkomen dat een werkplek of ruimte geen stip heeft. Dit komt doordat deze werkplek of ruimte alleen gereserveerd mag worden door een specifieke groep gebruikers. De asset is daardoor niet zichtbaar voor gebruikers die buiten deze groep vallen.<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

    Zones<\/p>\n

    Naast individuele assets is het ook mogelijk om assets via een zone te reserveren. Bij een zone reserveer je een plek totdat het maximale aantal plekken is bereikt. Het maakt daarbij niet uit waar je uiteindelijk binnen deze zone plaatsneemt. <\/span>Het symbool van een zone geeft met de kleuren groen en rood en met cijfers aan hoeveel werkplekken er nog beschikbaar zijn binnen de zone.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/h3>\n
