Installeer de laatste versie van de app<\/h3>\n

Heb je de laatste versie van de mobiele app al ge\u00efnstalleerd? Officebooking is constant bezig met het verbeteren van de app, waardoor er met de laatste versie mogelijke problemen zijn opgelost. Zorg altijd dat je de laatste versie hebt ge\u00efnstalleerd om problemen te voorkomen. Crasht de app nog steeds? Verwijder dan ook de cache van de app van je telefoon en installeer de app helemaal opnieuw.<\/p>\n

Nog geen standplaats ingesteld?<\/h3>\n

Heeft het verwijderen en opnieuw installeren van de app niet gewerkt? Login via de\u00a0web app<\/a>\u00a0en controleer je\u00a0instellingen<\/a>. Stel je standplaats in en sla de gegevens op. Deze gegevens zullen worden gesynchroniseerd met de mobiele app, waarna de app na het inloggen standaard zal openen op jouw standplaats.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Probleem melden<\/h3>\n

Lost dit je probleem niet op en crasht de app nog steeds? Neem dan contact op met de contactpersoon binnen jouw organisatie en geef daarbij door welke mobiele telefoon je gebruikt, welke software versie hier op draait (bv Android versie 11) en\u00a0welke versie van de Officebooking app je hebt ge\u00efnstalleerd<\/a>.
