Als dit niet werkt, neem dan contact op met Officebooking-ondersteuning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Display blijft Android opnieuw opstarten<br \/>\n<\/b>Controleer uw Power over Ethernet-instellingen. Het SLB-display vereist PoE+. Dit moet toegewijd zijn aan de poorten voor het display. Momenteel ondersteunen de displays geen LLDP.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Helderheid van het display is erg laag<br \/>\n<\/b>Open &#8216;Instellingen&#8217; op het startscherm en selecteer &#8216;Display&#8217;. Stel de helderheid van het display in op de hoogste waarde of zoals gewenst.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Kan niet inloggen op de Visitor Registration-app<br \/>\n<\/b>Controleer het gebruikersaccount (in de OfficeAdmin) dat wordt gebruikt om in te loggen op het display. Het gebruikersaccount moet de rol &#8216;Locatiemanager&#8217; hebben om in te kunnen loggen op de Visitor Registration-app.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Het logo op het startscherm van de app is niet scherp<br \/>\n<\/b>In sommige gevallen is het logo in een zeer kleine grootte ge\u00fcpload, geschikt voor mobiel, maar minder geschikt voor de grootte van het display. Als het logo niet scherp genoeg is voor de Visitor Registration-app, volg dan de bovenstaande stappen om een \u200b\u200blogo met een grotere grootte te uploaden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Probleemoplossing: gebruik van de Visitor Registration-app<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Een bezoeker is gearriveerd, maar de QR-code werkt niet <\/b><br \/>\nAls de QR-code bij aankomst niet werkt, kan de bezoeker nog steeds handmatig inchecken door een code in te voeren op het incheckscherm. Deze code staat vermeld in de ontvangen uitnodiging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Neem contact op met Officebooking-ondersteuning<\/h3>\n<p>Neem contact met ons op als u problemen ondervindt of als er vragen zijn over het installatieproces.
