Dan kun je hiervoor een <strong>reserveringsaanvraag<\/strong> instellen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">In plaats van dat de reservering direct wordt bevestigd, wordt deze eerst als aanvraag ingediend. Zowel superusers als reguliere gebruikers kunnen een reservering aanvragen. Een locatiemanager of beheerder kan alle openstaande aanvragen bekijken in de <strong>lijstweergave<\/strong> en deze vervolgens goedkeuren of annuleren. Hoewel de reservering nog de status <strong>\u2018aanvraag\u2019<\/strong> heeft, blijft de asset gereserveerd binnen Officebooking. Hierdoor kan een andere gebruiker de asset niet tussentijds boeken.<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Na goedkeuring:<\/strong> de aanvraag wordt omgezet in een definitieve reservering. De gebruiker ontvangt een bevestigingsmail.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Na annulering:<\/strong> de gebruiker ontvangt een melding dat de aanvraag is geannuleerd.
