Anonimiseren is het verwijderen van specifieke kenmerken, bijvoorbeeld uit een reservering, waardoor de koppeling tussen een gebeurtenis en een specifieke persoon permanent wordt verwijderd. Bij pseudonimiseren worden dezelfde kenmerken verwijderd, maar kan de oorspronkelijke koppeling met de specifieke persoon nog worden hersteld met behulp van een specifieke sleutel. Officebooking maakt gebruik van beide technieken.<\/p>\n

In OfficeAdmin, kun je instellen na hoeveel dagen reserveringen en\/of check-ins moeten worden geanonimiseerd. Alle betreffende reserveringen en check-ins worden vervolgens gekoppeld aan een specifieke \u2018anonieme\u2019 gebruiker. Dit kan een bestaande gebruiker zijn of een gebruiker die automatisch door het platform wordt aangemaakt.<\/p>\n

Hoe stel je anonimisering in?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  1. Om anonimisering te activeren, log je in bij officeAdmin<\/strong>. Ga binnen officeAdmin naar \u2018Instellingen\u2019<\/strong> en vervolgens naar \u2018Archiveren\u2019<\/strong>. Vul het aantal dagen in waarna de gegevens moeten worden geanonimiseerd. Vul bijvoorbeeld 21 in als je alle reserveringen of check-ins met een startdatum van 21 dagen v\u00f3\u00f3r vandaag wilt anonimiseren.<\/li>\n
  2. Vink \u2018Geactiveerd\u2019<\/strong> aan.<\/li>\n
  3. Selecteer \u2018Opslaan\u2019<\/strong> om je instellingen op te slaan. De anonimiseringstaak wordt ingepland voor de eerstvolgende nacht.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>

    Oorspronkelijke gebruiker vervangen<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Anonimiseringstaken worden elke 24 uur ’s nachts uitgevoerd. De oorspronkelijke gebruiker van een reservering of check-in wordt vervangen door een standaard \u2018anonieme\u2019 gebruiker. Je kunt hiervoor een bestaande (dummy) gebruiker gebruiken door ANONYMOUS_USER<\/strong> in te voeren als UID van de gebruiker. Als je geen specifieke gebruiker selecteert, maakt het systeem automatisch een anonieme gebruiker voor je aan.<\/p>\n<\/div>
