After many months of hard work, Officebooking is excited to announce the release of their new and improved web app. The new web app is even more user-friendly and comes equipped with some cool new features, making it even easier for users to reserve their meeting room, workplace or office bike.<\/strong><\/p>\n

One of the most exciting new features of the app is the revamped dashboard and overall more intuitive design. Not only does the dashboard provide an overview of the work locations, but users now have direct access to their reservations calendar, favourite rooms and workplaces, a \u2018Who\u2019s at work’ section, and an upgraded search bar. The new dashboard design makes it easier for users to navigate and quickly access the information they need.<\/p>\n

The \u2018Who\u2019s at work’ feature is particularly useful for businesses with multiple locations or for teams that are spread out across different floors. It shows which colleagues are at work based on their reservations, allowing colleagues to find each other. If a user prefers not to be found, because they want to focus on a task without being interrupted for instance, they can easily switch off their visibility in their personal settings.<\/p>\n

Officebooking also extended the filter options in the search bar, allowing users to search for rooms and workplaces based on specific tags. These tags can be customized to the needs and preferences of the client. This makes it possible for users to search for a space that for instance has a whiteboard available or provides the tools for video conferencing. This feature helps users to better find the space that best suits their needs.<\/p>\n
