Zone reservation makes it possible to make a specific group of workstations or assets in a zone available and to book them in its entirety instead of an individual workstation or asset. With a zone, you reserve an available spot until the maximum capacity of the zone is reached. It doesn’t matter which place within this zone you eventually use.
Zones can easily be mixed in combination with individual reservations, for example for meeting rooms or special desks. Checking in works the same as with an individual reservation, in this case, you check in with the general code for the zone.
