Reservations can be edited or cancelled at any moment. Check in via QR code and NFC to confirm your reservation!

Outlook Add-in

The Outlook Add-in is created for all Outlook versions, both web and native. Many Officebooking features are supported: book your meeting room or desk directly within your calendar.

Web app

Our web app is available on all standard browsers. Navigate to your favorite desk on the map, manage your reservations or search for an available meeting room.


Maintain full control of your reservations, visitors and services. Set your individual rules and manage users. Create custom reports and export to excel. User features are role based, we support up to 4 various user roles.

Digital Signage Solutions

Visualize your data with Officebooking Interactive Signage. We support many various templates that can be run on all A brand signage displays with Android or Web support. Our Self-service kiosks offer a great user experience and are fully integrated with our platform.
