- Navigate to ‘Visits’ in the top menu. By default, the list is on all visitors for today.
- Find the visitor you want to check in and click on the ‘Check in’ button.
As soon as a visitor has checked in, the host (the user with whom the visitor has an appointment) will receive a mobile notification from the Officebooking app. This way, the person is aware of the arrival of his/her visitor.
