How do I check in a visitor?

  1. Navigate to ‘Visits’ in the top menu. By default, the list is on all visitors for today.
  2. Find the visitor you want to check in and click on the ‘Check in’ button.

As soon as a visitor has checked in, the host (the user with whom the visitor has an appointment) will receive a mobile notification from the Officebooking app. This way, the person is aware of the arrival of his/her visitor.
