Rotterdam, 20 November – Officebooking, a provider of modern workplace and space management solutions, announces a new strategic partnership with Meditain, a specialist in consultancy and functional management of medical care technology and business applications. Through this partnership, both organisations combine their expertise to support healthcare organisations with more efficient space management.

Meditain has many years of experience advising on and managing complex application landscapes, including reservation and facilities management systems such as IFS Ultimo. Through this collaboration, organisations can rely on expert guidance during onboarding to Officebooking, as well as ongoing support for adoption and functional management.

Ultimo has announced that it will discontinue support for its reservation module as of January 2028. In response, Officebooking and Meditain offer a joint migration programme to ensure a smooth and well-supported transition. At the same time, the partnership will increasingly focus on organisations in other sectors, such as education.
