Superuser Team Management

Superusers are allowed to create and edit reservations on behalf of their team members. To define those team members you need to create a new user group and assign a superuser as the ‘Teammanager’.

You can assign multiple superusers to the group.

To assign a Team manager to a team:

  1. Navigate to ‘Usergroups’
  2. Create a new Group or edit an existing Group
  3. Add superusers to the ‘Teammanager’ field
  4. Save the Usergroup

User group management

Your Superusers may need to refresh the webapp to be able to select their Team members.

Don’t forget to check the restrictions and alternative settings of the user group. If no alternative restrictions are set the main user group restrictions will prevail.
