The Officebooking app is updated very regularly. New releases and updates are installed almost every week. It can sometimes happen that something doesn’t go quite right on your phone, maybe you doubt whether you have the latest version.
If you want to report a bug or problem with the app, you can send that report to the Officebooking contact person within your organization. Send a clear description of your problem and if possible a screenshot, this will help the Officebooking Support employee to determine the problem. In addition, always send your device type, the version of your operating system (Android or iOS version) and the version of the Officebooking app. With this information, your contact person can contact an Officebooking Support employee.

You can easily find the latest version of your OS on your phone.
For iOS: Settings app > General > About > Model name: eg iPhone 11
For Android: Settings app > System > About phone > Model name: eg Samsung Galaxy A50

You can easily find the latest version of your OS on your phone.
For iOS: Settings app > General > About > Software version: eg 15.1
For Android: App settings > System > About > Android version: eg 9
Check installed version of the Officebooking app
Check if you have the latest version of the app installed. You can find the latest published version in the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
For iOS: App Store app > search for ‘Officebooking’ > select the app > view the version number: e.g. 2.55
For Android: Play Store app > search for ‘Officebooking’ > select the app > select ‘New features’ > view the version number: e.g. 3.33
