After creating the amenity, you must link it to an asset, for example a meeting room where it will be possible to order lunch with a reservation.
- Navigate to ‘Assets’ in the left menu.
 - Search the desk/room to which you want to link the amenity.
 - Then select the name of the desk/room and select ‘Edit’.
 - At the top of the screen, select the ‘Amenities’ tab.
 - Select the amenity that you want to add to the desk/room.
 - Select ‘Save’ to save your settings.
 
Now it’s possible to add these amenities when making a reservation for the relevant desk/room. Right now this can only be done via the web app and OfficeAdmin.
