Over 700 room panels, 2,500 desk sensors, and footfall counters are installed to monitor real-time occupancy and environmental conditions like CO2, temperature, and humidity—enabling energy savings and efficient space allocation. The platform’s rights-based booking system allows prioritisation for key departments, while wayfinding and mobile access improve daily navigation. Analytics tools offer deep insights into space use and no-shows, supporting board level decision making.
