In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering top-notch technical support, ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service and solutions for their tech queries.

Responsibilities:

• Promptly respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and chat, offering expert technical support and troubleshooting help.
• Investigate and diagnose technical issues, pinpointing root causes, and providing effective resolutions swiftly.
• Collaborate with our development team to escalate complex tech issues and contribute to product enhancement discussions.
• Keep our knowledge base updated with well-documented technical solutions, ensuring our clients have access to the latest and most accurate information.
• Aid in the installation, configuration, and upkeep of Officebooking’s software and hardware offerings.
• Proactively seek and implement methods to improve the support team’s efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical support, showcasing a strong foundation in software and hardware troubleshooting.
• Exceptional communication skills, adept in making complex technical concepts understandable to non-tech savvy users.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory, and various cloud-based software solutions.
• Experience with Jira or other service management tools.
• Demonstrated problem-solving prowess, with a knack for creative and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of ISO 27001, ensuring adherence to high standards of information security.
