The visitor registration module has been updated to include deliveries, services and ad hoc visits. Dependent on the type of visit you can provide alternative instructions when registering your visitor. In addition, we allow you to configure the kiosk with additional registration workflows to match your location access management procedures.
What changed?
We created different types of visit: Regular visit, ad hoc visit, deliveries and service. For every visit type you can add different instructions on the kiosk, i.e. instruct your deliveries agent to register at the deliveries bay.
Different types of visits also support different registration flows: deliveries and services can be registered ad hoc and without mandatory personal details whereas business visits require the registration of a host.
Hosts can be entered either free form or by selecting a name from the list. Free form entrance always requires acceptance by Receptionists.
