‘Amenities’ offers the option to add an amenity to a reservation. Examples are coffee/tea/lunch during a meeting, or a specific seating arrangement in the meeting room. You separately add this amenity in the OfficeAdmin and connect it to the relevant desk/room where the user should be able to add it.
