The preferred location is the default location that appears in the app (mobile app and web app) under the heading ‘My location’ in the menu. In the mobile app, this is the location that the app displays by default after opening the app.
- Navigate to ‘Users’ in the menu.
- Search for the name of the user whose location you want to change.
- Select the user’s name.
- Select ‘Edit’ and then scroll down to the ‘Location’ field.
- Select the desired location from the various locations here.
- Select ‘Save’ to save your changes.
The location can also always be changed by the user himself, within his/her personal settings in the mobile app or web app.
