Different organizations have different policies and different situations where screens are used in the Interactive Room Signage. That is why we have developed various templates, so that you can adjust your screen in such a way that it is suitable for your own situation.
Please note: to be able to change your display template, you will have to add the display to the device list first.
- Navigate to ‘Devices’ in the left menu.
- Select the screen you want to change by selecting its name. Now a pop-up window will appear where you can change the display details.
- Go to the ‘Select template’ heading. Here you have several templates to choose from.
Classic: displays room information, displays timeline, touch functionality is enabled, ability to make reservations on site
Room info: only displays the information about the room, without a timeline, making a reservation is not possible
No touch: touch functionality is disabled, not possible to make reservations on site
Flip: different position of the arrows, suitable for vertical orientation - Then select the ‘Add’ button to save the template.
