How to Use the Action Required Page

Overview:
The Action Required page helps admins identify and resolve booking issues caused by conflicts between Officebooking and an external calendar system (like Outlook or Google).

Common conflict types include:

  • A booking created in Officebooking conflicts with an existing reservation in Outlook.
  • A cancellation initiated in Officebooking fails to remove the corresponding Outlook event.

Where to find it:
Go to Admin > Reservations > Action required

What you can do there:

  • Review the list of conflicted reservations
  • Manually cancel or resolve the conflicts
  • Understand why certain reservations failed

Tip: For more context, use the Company Log or Audit Trail.
