The Action Required page helps admins identify and resolve booking issues caused by conflicts between Officebooking and an external calendar system (like Outlook or Google).
Common conflict types include:
- A booking created in Officebooking conflicts with an existing reservation in Outlook.
- A cancellation initiated in Officebooking fails to remove the corresponding Outlook event.
Where to find it:
Go to Admin > Reservations > Action required
What you can do there:
- Review the list of conflicted reservations
- Manually cancel or resolve the conflicts
- Understand why certain reservations failed
