We are Officebooking, a Workspace Management Platform that enables our clients to efficiently manage the utilisation and occupancy of their assets. Through our SAAS platform, we provide end users with a wide range of options, such as reserving a free desk, booking a parking spot, or locating a colleague.

Our focus revolves around delivering exceptional service to our clients and innovating the Officebooking apps. We strive to provide the best support possible for our clients in utilising our platform. Actively seeking ways to enhance our Officebooking apps, we learn from our client’s feedback and translate it into improved and new online products. Effective communication, technical product knowledge, and systematic work are essential to us. We are looking to strengthen our Client Delivery team with an Onboarding & Support employee who will help our customers have a successful start.

What will you do at Officebooking?

You will be responsible for providing support to our customers. This support begins with onboarding projects for our clients, involving the setup and implementation of our platform, as well as overseeing the roll-out process. During the initial period after the roll-out, you will be the primary point of contact for both clients and end users, as well as our team at Officebooking. You will contribute to client training, address inquiries, and resolve issues. As our key liaison, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the acceptance of new working methods and processes by our customers.

Within the Officebooking organisation, you will collaborate with our designers and developers to further enhance the Officebooking apps. Being the first point of contact for our clients, you will help identify and document issues and suggest improvements. Additionally, you will assist in app testing.

Who are you?

Helping our clients and colleagues in a structured manner comes naturally to you, and you possess extensive experience in this field. You have excellent communication skills and are proficient in English (and preferably Dutch) as well.

You possess sufficient technical knowledge to quickly grasp the intricacies of our Officebooking platform, including web technology and mobile apps, as well as our support tools (Confluence, Jira, Hubspot, MS Teams). You have a keen interest in innovation and continuous learning.

Ideally, you have a Bachelor’s degree in ICT or Business & Technology and a strong affinity for Hospitality and Facility processes.
