Your Role

As a Customer Success Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, guiding new clients through the onboarding process and supporting existing ones in expanding their services. Your mission is to ensure a smooth transition to our platform, from initial setup to post-rollout support. By acting as the primary point of contact, you’ll facilitate our clients’ adaptation to new workflows, respond to inquiries, and spearhead client training sessions. Your insights will directly influence the evolution of the Officebooking apps, as you collaborate with our tech team to enhance and innovate our offerings.

Who You Are

– A structured problem-solver with robust experience in client support.
– An exceptional communicator fluent in English (Dutch is a plus!).
– Technically savvy with a solid understanding of web and mobile technologies, plus tools like Confluence, Jira, Hubspot, and MS Teams.
– Curious about innovation and eager to learn continuously.
– Ideally, you hold a Bachelor’s in ICT or Business & Technology with an interest in Hospitality and Facility processes.
