On the homepage (dashboard) you will see the locations of your organization under ‘Locations’. You can search within your desired location by clicking on that location. There are different ways to search in the app:
Via the search bar on the dashboard
The most comprehensive way to find an available workspace/room is through the search bar on the dashboard (homepage). With the search bar, you can easily filter by the desired date and time or search for a specific term.
Then select the ‘Search’ button to view the search results. You can further filter your search results by category or specific search terms. If there are multiple locations, the results across all locations will also be displayed.
Via the list view
All available rooms and resources at your organization are displayed in both a list and map view. You can consult the list view by selecting the list symbol at a specific location.
The list view shows a complete overview of all workspaces/rooms within the selected location. You can further refine your search results in the search menu at the top.
Via the map view
The map view displays all available rooms and resources based on the map. You can access the map view by clicking on the map symbol within a specific location. The availability is displayed on the map using different symbols, such as a green or red dot. Use the filtering options at the top of the screen to search even more specifically for a suitable workspace or room.
Via the planner view
The Planner view presents today‘s desks/rooms availability and their reservations in a timeline. Filter your preferred desk/room with different provided filters, After selecting your preferred desk and time slot, a pop-up window will appear with two options: “Quick Reservation” or “Use Reservation Form”. Choose one and enter your information to complete the booking.
