Guide individual assets
In the floor plan and list views, all workspaces and rooms in the system are indicated by different markers. Each marker has a specific meaning or status display.
- Green dot: Workspace is available.
- Orange dot: Upcoming reservation (less than 20 minutes away).
- Red dot: Workspace is reserved and/or checked in.
- Gray dot: Workspace is unavailable/blocked.
- Black dot: Workspace status cannot be determined.
- Zone (break view): This is a zone with availability indication based on capacity.
- Zone (percentage view): This is a zone with availability indication based on occupancy.
