How to set up an occupancy indication for a location

Set the location capacity to give users an indication of how busy the building is. On their dashboard, users can see a small pie chart under each location showing the expected occupancy based on the location capacity and the number of reservations. The capacity is used for informational purposes only and does not restrict the number of reservations.

How to set the location capacity:

1. Navigate to ‘Locations’ in the menu.
2. Select the name of the location whose capacity you want to configure.
3. Select ‘Edit’.
4. Scroll down to the ‘Location capacity’ field.
5. Enter the maximum capacity of the location here.
6. Then select ‘Save location’ to save the capacity.
