How do I configure the opening hours of a location?

Standard opening hours

You have the option to add opening hours per location. These opening times are displayed in the mobile app and web app. You can then specify that reservations can only be made during these hours, for example.

  1. Navigate to ‘Locations’ in the menu.
  2. Select the name of the location where you want to change the opening hours.
  3. Select ‘Edit’.
  4. Select the ‘Opening hours’ tab.
  5. Add an opening time by choosing a day, then entering the correct times and then selecting ‘Add’. Repeat this for all (working) days.
  6. Then select ‘Save opening hours’.

All days without opening hours added are automatically closed.


Collective closing days

It’s also possible to add a collective closing day, on which it is not possible for the end users to make a reservation. Adding a collective closing day works in the same way, via the ‘Collective closing days’ tab.

  1. Select the tab ‘Collective closing days’.
  2. Add a day by choosing a day, then entering the good times and then clicking ‘Add’.
  3. Then select the ‘Save’ button.


Restrict within opening hours

After configuring the opening hours (or collective closing days), you can set that reservations may only be made within these opening hours. End users will receive an error message when they try to reserve outside opening hours.

  1. Navigate to ‘Settings’ in the menu.
  2. Scroll all the way down to the option ‘Limit reservations during opening hours’.
  3. Select the checkmark for ‘Restricted’.
  4. Then select the ‘Save’ button.
