Your employer or Officebooking administrator can view all current check-ins and data from the past (reservations, check-ins). This allows the management team to improve occupancy and use of real estate.
You can use the app anonymously (to be set personally per user in the mobile app and web app). We do ask that location services be turned on during installation. This is because we use your location for the check-in function and to recommend locations near you. We do not save your location.
