Add an online meeting

In all Officebooking applications, it is now possible to include an online meeting in your reservation if your organisation has enabled Office 365 integration. By selecting the “online meeting” option, a Teams link will be generated and stored within the reservation details. This link is also included in the invitation sent to attendees.

 

If your organisation uses Teams-compatible equipment, the meeting is automatically added to the room calendar for convenient access.

The link button allows you to copy the link and conveniently send it using either mail or chat.

When making a reservation using the Outlook Add-in, you can select the “Online meeting” button within Outlook, and the Teams meeting link will automatically be saved in the reservation details.

Currently, only Teams is supported, with Google Meet and Zoom integration planned for future implementation.
