How to Configure a Closure for an Entire Location

In addition to setting regular opening hours, you can configure closures—for example, public holidays or organization-wide days off. On these days, the entire location is marked as closed, and users will not be able to make reservations.

Note: A closure applies to all assets within the selected location.

How to Add a Closure

Adding a closure works similarly to adding opening hours, but is done via the ‘Closures’ tab:

  1. Go to ‘Locations’ in the main menu.

  2. Select the location where you want to add a closure.

  3. Click ‘Edit’.

  4. Open the ‘Closures’ tab.

  5. Choose the date and enter the correct times for the closure, then click ‘Add’.

  6. Click ‘Save’ to confirm the closure.

Viewing, Editing, and Removing Closures

  • By default, the overview displays all upcoming closures for the current month.
  • To view closures for a different month, simply select the desired month from the dropdown menu.

Editing a Closure

  • To update a closure, add a new closure with the corrected times for the same date.
  • The new entry will automatically overwrite the existing closure.

Removing a Closure

  • To delete a closure, click the delete icon next to the closure entry.
  • The closure will be removed immediately without further confirmation.
