What does Officebooking do with the personal information it collects?

If you use Single Sign On to log in, Officebooking only stores your name and e-mail address. The password is then stored securely with your employer. If you do not use Single Sign On, Officebooking will also save your password.

You can use the app completely anonymously (can be set personally per user in the app). We do ask that location services be turned on during installation. This is because we use your location for the check-in function and to recommend locations near you. We do not save your location.

Your employer can view all current check-ins and historical data (reservations, check-ins). This allows your management team to improve occupancy and utilization of real estate. During the time of COVID-19, your employer can request a contact analysis in case of an infected employee.

For more information, you will find an extensive Privacy Statement on our website.
